Google earth is very helpful as a design tool. The client likes our proposal but thinks that there should be more places for sitting.
We google the closest to buildings in the area and scale them down and add them to the plan.

We get an assignment from Pirjo Kantola Architects to design outdoor furnitures for Koulutanhua ground school in Laajasalo, Finland. The school building is a nice two-strey building from 70's. We decide to make a replica of the building in c.1:40 scale to serve as an outdoor sitting area.
The design is baptised ’mini-school’.
